At Le Chih, we care about every batch of products meticulously designed and manufacturered. To ensure that all stamped parts come with standard appearance, functions and performance, precision becomes a significant part of product quality.

High level of precision, however, requires a series of works starting from our tool & die shop engineers who have plentiful technical knowledge and experience to consider a lot of factors involved in order to minimize the tolerance of every spec. of the stamped items while desiging and creating the dies and tools.

Sometimes, precision could become very thorny and time consuming. A couple of customers may prfer providing raw material by themselves but the material quality is badly inconsistent due to relatively lower material prices offered by unreliable suppliers. This can easily cause a lot of time wasted during the mass production as a number of dies and tools adjustments become very unwantedly necessary. Therefore, if production lead time is important to out customers, it is strongly recommended that we do raw material purchasing from our long-term partnered supplier.
