Over the past 30+ years, we have worked with just about every kind of "cold punchable" material ( cold punchable means that it doesn't need to be heated before forming). Some of the more common materials we work with include but not limited to:
Raw materials provided by customers are welcome.
We cam handle all materials in thickness ranging from 1mm through 12.7mm, depending on the mterial type.
The maximum size of a part we can manufacture is 800mm*2400mm

We manufacture all of our own tooling, dies and fixtures. Our state-of-art tool and die shop enables us create high precision tooling and dies for even the most complex metal stamping and fabricating projects. We also store, maintain and replace non-permanent dies at NO COST to our customers.
Indefinitely! Le Chih maintains all tools and engineering fixtures forever. If a tool wears out, gets dull or breaks, we fix or replace it at absolutely no cost to the customer.
Yes, as long as the modified specification is not exceedingly different from the original.
7~120 working days in general, depending on the complexity of product.
Transferring in is accepted with the tooling technical drawing. Some discussion is necessary if the tooling needs to be transferred out.

We need to have 2D or 3D illustration first. The sample should be offered before your order is confirmed.
50% T/T in advance and 50% T/T before shipment. We can do either FOB or CIF for your actual needs.
We usually look forward to the orders with medium or large quantity that results in better cost effectiveness to our customers. The minimum ordercan be discussed based on the design, tooling, part size and how long the program is going to run.
We usually accept blanket orders but the details need to be discussed in advance.
Due to rapidly changable material price, our quoted price is usually valid for 30 days.

Bending, blanking, deep drawing, coining, embossing, lancing, trimming, etc.
It usually takes 14~60 working days. The raw material type, material grade, secondary operation request and other terms will affect the lead time.
Our press capacities run from 5 to 450 tons.
Our presses run 120 strokes per minute.
±0.127mm. This doesn't apply to the products after secondary or further forming operation.
Welding, tapping, fastener installation, deburring, labeling, special packing, etc.
Plating, coating, heat treatment, black oxide, etc.
Yes. We have very rich experiencein metal stamping prototype design.

The biggest difference between Le Chih and other metal stamping companies is we have a very diverse customer base (medical stampings, telecommunication stampings, fitness equipment stampings, heavy-duty construction machinery stampings, monitor bracket stampings, etc). Most other metal stamping companies only serve a few industries and are more exposed to the fluctuations in these industries. Le Chih follows ISO9001:2015 quality system in all our operations.
For custom metal stamping, two of the biggest factors that affect the price are material type and the tolerances of the product design.
More common or readily available materials are less costly than speciality materials or alloys. To reduce metal cost, you can consider using an alternative material that providesperformance similiar to your original material choice. Similarly, materials in "standard" thickness cost less than "non-standard" thickness. If your parts can be produced from standard thickness materials without significantly altering their fit, from, or function, it is worthwhile to consider this cost-saving option as well.
Tight-tolerance designs (those requiring tolerances ±0.005" or less) generally require more machining operations to hold these tolerances. Tight tolerance parts also often require secondary services which increase costs as well. It may be possible to revise your design to reduce certain tolerance requirements or to reduce the need of secondary processing.
12 months warranty is offered. We assure that your parts will conform to the print specification once they are received.
